Latest research has shown that minerals and vitamins are far
more effective than they were formerly thought to be, and that
some foods and nutrients help fight sickness and
sicknesses.
Fruit, plants, grain and seeds are now not only loaded in

to the body. Fresh salads mixed with a spoon of honey and a
dash of salt and pepper is heavenly.
A little further experiment with pieces of orange and pieces
of mango and garnished with nuts added to the above makes a
healthy salad in 2 mins. For a filling meal, use pasta mixed
with chopped and shredded plants which are partly boiled. Add
herbs, and toss with olive oil.
If it looks like a sandwich you're looking for, go in
for wholeweat bread with lots of fresh partly boiled veg
stuffed in it. For the sweet tooth, fresh fruits with fresh
juice, honey and yogurt is a better alternative to ice creams
or candy. Use carrots to sweeten sauces. Grate carrot, cabbage,
cucumber and raw mango, top it with yogurt with a touch of
salt, and there you have the lightest of recipes. Use seasonal
fruits to make pudding. Cut up apples, bananas, plums, pears
into a bowl. Boil for a jiffy, custard powder added to cold
milk. When this mix thickens, pour into the bowl of fruits, and
permit to cool down.
There you have got a healthy and a light pudding. Next time
you head for the kitchen, bear in mind that basic and easy
foods are hassle free. There is no mess in the kitchen and no
long waiting time for the food to cook. Cooking light recipes
